Cancellation & Refund Policies

Please review our policies before booking your cleaning appointment.

Deposits

Any deposit paid to secure an appointment is non-refundable. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations With 24+ Hours’ Notice

If you prepaid and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may receive a full refund or apply your payment to a future appointment.

Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours)

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $40 late-cancellation fee may be charged.

No-Shows

If I arrive and cannot access the property or you do not show up for your appointment, it is considered a no-show and up to 50% of the service price may be charged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the missed areas at no extra charge. Refunds are not issued after service completion.

If We Need to Cancel

If Johnny Bee Clean must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Quick answers.

Do I need to be home while you clean? No. Some people like to be home, others prefer to run errands. Whatever you’re most comfortable with is fine—as long as I have a way to enter and lock up.
Do you bring your own supplies? Yes, I bring the main supplies and tools needed for your clean. If you have specific products you prefer for certain surfaces, I can use those too.
How do payments work? Payment is due the day of your clean. I currently accept Cash App, Venmo, and most major debit and credit cards.
What about cancellations? I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $40 late-cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service price.
