Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Some people like to be home, others prefer to run errands. Whatever you’re most comfortable with is fine—as long as I have a way to enter and lock up.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, I bring the main supplies and tools needed for your clean. If you have specific products you prefer for certain surfaces, I can use those too.
How do payments work?
Payment is due the day of your clean. I currently accept Cash App, Venmo, and most major debit and credit cards.
What about cancellations?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a $40 late-cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service price.
